How training with Coco works

1

A free 30-minute chat

Goals, history, what’s worked and what hasn’t. No sales pressure, we both decide if it’s a fit.

2

A real baseline

We assess 7 fundamental movement patterns together (online works beautifully) so your program starts exactly where you are, never where a template guesses.

3

Your program, in your own app

Guided sessions with weights pre-filled and rest timers running themselves. Miss a day? It moves. Machine taken? Swap it. Life happens, the plan bends.

4

A coach who actually watches

Every week is reviewed by me, personally. Progress when your numbers earn it, recovery when your body asks, and a direct message line in between.

Your first 30 minutes, the whole agenda

Most people put off booking because they think they need to be ready. Here’s how unready you can be:

You talk

Tell me your goals in your own words, “more energy,” “a stronger back,” “hiking at 70,” or just “better.” That’s the entire preparation.

I listen, then map it

I’ll ask about your history, your week, what’s worked and what hasn’t, and connect it to what the science says matters most in your decade.

You leave with a plan

An honest read on your starting point and the two or three things worth doing first, yours to keep, whether or not we ever train together.

No workout. No weigh-in. No sales script. Camera on or off, your call.

The promises

No guilt, ever

Missed sessions are information, not failure. The app has no streak-shaming by design, showing up again is the win.

No cookie-cutter plans

Your schedule, your equipment, your energy, your cycle or life stage. The program bends around your life, never the reverse.

A human, not a bot

Every week reviewed by your coach. Every message answered by a person who knows your history. AI helps me; it never replaces me.

Honest answers

I don’t really know what my goals are.

“Stronger,” “more energy,” “I don’t want to feel fragile”, that’s plenty. Naming it precisely is my job, and it’s the first thing we do in the free chat.

Will lifting make me bulky?

No. Women build strength readily but visible size very slowly, you’ll look leaner and more defined, not big. This is the most-asked and most thoroughly debunked fear in strength training.

I’m not in shape enough to start.

The assessment is gentle movement, nothing to exhaustion, it’s the “before” photo, not a test you can fail. Programs start exactly where you are, including absolute beginner.

Do I need a gym?

No. Programs are built around what you have, full gym, a pair of dumbbells, resistance bands, or just your bodyweight to start.

Does online coaching actually work for strength?

For most women, yes, and the data stays honest: every set you log feeds progress charts we both see, form gets checked live on video sessions, and we re-test your movement every couple of months. You’ll see the change in numbers, not vibes.

你说中文吗?

说!Coaching, the app guides, and all handouts are available in both English and 中文, whichever is more comfortable for you.

Thirty minutes. No pressure. Just a conversation about what strong would change for you.

Worst case: you spend half an hour and walk away knowing your body better. That’s the worst case.
